We want you to be completely satisfied with your BEC + BRIDGE purchase, which is why we offer a 21-day return window for all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
